• If a product is faulty on delivery, we will refund the cost you incur in returning it via airpost
• We reserve the right to repair, refund or replace any item found to be defective
• All electronic items are individually tested at our service facility before sale
• We carry a full range of spare parts, including clock and instrument mechanisms
